Therapy

I specialize in trauma therapy, autism- and ADHD-affirming care, and supporting young adults navigating complex transitions. Whether you're processing past experiences, exploring your neurodivergent identity, or simply figuring out what’s next, our work together is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration.
My approach is non-pathologizing and centered on understanding how your experiences, identities, and environment have shaped you. I aim to create a space where masking isn't necessary and where all parts of you are welcomed and supported. Many of my clients are young adults feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—often high-masking, highly sensitive, or carrying a mix of trauma and brilliance that hasn’t always been understood.
If you're looking for a therapist who gets the nuance of trauma, neurodivergence, and identity exploration, you're in the right place.

Private Pay Sliding Scale
This sliding scale is rooted in mutual aid and collective care. Your choice supports both your healing and the sustainability of this practice for others in our shared community.

Full Rate – $140: Covers the true cost of a session and helps sustain the practice. If this rate is accessible without financial strain, choosing it supports stability and access for all.
Solidarity Rate – $100: A lower rate for those with limited income, including students, retirees, and anyone navigating financial hardship. No proof needed—self-assess what’s manageable for you.

Redistribution Rate – $180: A generous, community-centered rate for those with financial abundance who want to help fund access for others. Your contribution offsets lower-cost and pro bono sessions.

Pro Bono / Pay-What-You-Can: Offered for up to 6 sessions, with one spot available every two months. Prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis.

Longer sessions (60+ minutes) are prorated based on your chosen rate.
Private pay allows clients to directly pay for therapy services, while out-of-network benefits enable them to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider; I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance to facilitate this reimbursement process by detailing the services rendered, including diagnoses.
No Surprises Act
A “Good Faith Estimate” will be available for individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or coverage or a Federal health care program (uninsured individuals), or individuals who are enrolled but not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage (self-pay individuals) to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed.
