A 10-Week Peer-Support Journey of Support, Reflection & Empowerment
Navigating an uncertain world can be overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone.
Join our "10 Steps to Resilience & Empowerment in a Chaotic Climate" group, a supportive 10-week program designed to help you process the complexities of the polycrisis, push back against hypernormalization, and build emotional resilience.

Guided by the proven framework of the Good Grief Network, this group fosters meaningful connections and explores creative ways to respond to challenges like climate anxiety and collective grief. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking community, or looking for tools to navigate these emotions, we offer a nurturing environment for healing, action, and hope.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Coaching: Own Your Wiring
I’m a coach who honors complexity, contradiction, and the discomfort that often comes with growth. My approach is rooted in Dabrowski’s Positive Disintegration, disability justice, existential thought, and relational ethics. This work is about finding meaning, connection, and authenticity—especially if the world hasn’t made space for your nuance.
I'm also navigating my own neurodivergent path and bring that raw, curious energy into our sessions. Your quirks, intensity, and sensitivities aren’t things to fix—they’re signs of life and tools for growth.

What You Can Expect:
-
Collaborative Process: No guru vibes—just honest reflection, exploration, and mutual growth.
-
Affirming Support: Your experience is valid. Let’s unlearn norms that don’t serve you.
-
Meaning & Alignment: Explore your values and what truly matters to you.
-
Justice-Informed Care: Disability justice shapes how I hold space—for your needs, access, and story.
-
Relational Depth: Connection is central. Let’s strengthen yours, inside and out.
Come as You Are
There’s no “right” way to grow. Whether you’re feeling lost, wired, intense, or just curious—you’re welcome here. Let’s explore what it means to live fully and on your terms. Contact me here to get started.
