When we talk about neurodivergence here, we mean it in the true, expansive, umbrella-paradigm way. Whether you are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, highly sensitive, or just deeply identify with the neurodivergent experience - you are welcome here.
For most of my life, I battled chronic anxiety and depression. It was a constant, exhausting cycle of trying harder, masking better, failing to meet neurotypical standards, and then collapsing into burnout. It wasn’t until my 30s when I reframed my entire existence through an AuDHD lens that the heavy fog of "mental illness" finally started to clear. I realized I wasn’t broken; I was just trying to run a highly specialized operating system on software built for someone else.
I bring a lifetime of that lived experience, combined with my professional expertise in identity building, to help you stop fighting your own brain. This isn't about teaching you how to "manage your time better" using planners designed for neurotypicals. It is about radical self-accommodation, identifying your actual sensory and cognitive needs, and building life skills that honor your unique wiring - not some arbitrary, prescribed societal expectation.
Coaching vs. Therapy: What’s the difference?
While I am a licensed therapist, coaching is not therapy. It is important to know the difference so we can make sure you are getting the right kind of support:
Therapy is healthcare. It is diagnostic, clinical, and focuses deeply on processing past trauma, healing mental health conditions, and resolving psychological distress. Because of licensing laws, therapy can only be provided to clients in states where I am licensed.
Coaching is action-oriented, collaborative, and focused on the present and future. We aren't diagnosing or treating mental illness; instead, we are partnering to solve practical, real-world problems. We focus on executive functioning, sensory profiling, unmasking, and designing a life that works for you. Because coaching is non-clinical, I can work with coaching clients worldwide.
How We Work Together
In our coaching sessions, we don't do toxic positivity or generic life-coach platitudes. We get into the weeds of your daily life to figure out what is draining your battery and how to recharge it.

Deconstructing the Mask: Figuring out who you actually are under decades of social conditioning.
Sensory & Energy Budgeting: Designing your environment and schedule to prevent the dreaded neurodivergent burnout.
Neuro-Affirming Executive Functioning: Creating systems for tasks, organization, and focus that actually work with your dopamine levels, not against them.
