The journey to full licensure is a grind. You need a supervisor who isn't just going to police your notes, but who will actually help you develop your clinical identity in a system that often feels broken.
My supervision style is collaborative, transparent, and deeply neurodivergent-affirming. We will tackle the complexities of ethical practice and case conceptualization, but we’ll also talk about unmasking as a clinician, managing systemic burnout, and doing real, impactful work. My goal is to empower you to trust your clinical judgment and build a practice that is sustainable for your brain.
Supervisor Designation: MN BBHT Board-Approved Supervisor for LPC & LPCC applications (applying the General Method).
Supervision Rates & Access
Because pre-licensed therapists are notoriously underpaid and overworked, I structure my supervision fees to prioritize accessibility and community care.
Group Practice Affiliations: Supervision is included at no cost as part of your benefits if you are contracted with or employed by Interna Mental Health or Grander Peace Counseling.
Independent Supervision (sliding scale): $80 / $60 / $40

Whether you are navigating a complex diagnostic picture, trying to make sense of assessment screeners, or wanting to ensure your clinical conceptualization is truly neuro-affirming, I am here to help. We will move beyond the DSM's rigid criteria and look at how Autism and ADHD actually present in high-masking, complex, and marginalized adults.

Assessment Navigation: Guidance on using and interpreting Master’s-level assessment tools and screeners (like the MIGDAS-2, RAADS-R, CAT-Q, etc.).
Clinical Conceptualization: Processing client information to differentiate between trauma, masking, and neurodivergence.
Report Writing: Transforming your clinical insights into clear, comprehensive, and affirming written assessments that actually serve your client.
