This isn't about "fixing" you or forcing you to fit into a mold that wasn't built for your brain. This is a collaborative, shame-free space to process the heavy stuff, unlearn toxic societal expectations, and figure out how to actually live on your own terms.

Half-Day Trauma Therapy Intensives

When Weekly Therapy Isn't Cutting It

Sometimes, talking about your heaviest stuff for 50 minutes once a week feels like opening a wound just to bandage it back up before you’ve actually done any work. It’s exhausting, and it can feel like you're spinning your wheels.

Half-day intensives are designed to bypass the weekly "warm-up" and "cool-down" periods. We take a deep, focused dive into the things that are keeping you stuck—whether that’s old childhood conditioning, systemic trauma, or the weight of chronic stress.

How it works: We dedicate a solid 3-hour block to focus entirely on you. We use a targeted, brain-body, gentle exposure therapy modality called Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help your nervous system finally process and release the survival stress it’s been carrying.
Why do it: It’s intensive, but it’s efficient. It’s for people who want to make significant headway without dragging the process out over months of weekly appointments.

What's included: 1 hour pre-intensive interview including diagnosing and identifying the memories we will be targeting, 3 hour therapy intensive, & 1 hour post-intensive interview.
Investment (sliding scale): $1,500 / $1,200 / $900

Group Therapy & Peer Support Groups

Finding Your People in the Chaos

Isolation is a liar that tells you you’re the only one struggling to keep it together. Group therapy is one antidote to that isolation. It’s a space to connect with other humans who are also trying to navigate the absurdity of modern life, share the load, and realize your weirdest, most overwhelming thoughts are actually incredibly common.

The Environment: A structured but relaxed space where you don't have to explain why you're exhausted - everyone already gets it.
Why it works: Because healing doesn't happen in a vacuum. Hearing someone else say, "I thought I was the only one who felt that way," is often more therapeutic than any clinical advice.

Individual Therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply neurodivergent-affirming. I bring my real, unfiltered self to our sessions, and I expect you to do the same - sweatpants, messy thoughts, existential dread, and all. We will laugh, we might swear, and we will definitely dismantle the toxic societal expectations that are keeping you burnt out.

This is a space where you can finally drop the mask. We’ll look at the heavy stuff together, but we’ll also celebrate your hyperfixations, validate your sensory limits, and figure out how to help you survive a world that wasn't built for your brain.

Current Availability

I am currently at capacity and unable to take on new individual clients. Because I want to make sure I’m giving my active clients my full brainpower and energy, I keep my caseload intentionally limited.

However, please don't let this be a dead end. Finding a therapist who actually "gets it" is exhausting, especially when you’re already running on empty.
