Insurance Options
In-Network
Aetna, Medica, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, UMR, United Healthcare.
I am in-network with most plans associated with the above companies. It is important that you know what your insurance plan covers (which may not include mental health), what your financial responsibility is for paying co-pays/deductibles, and which providers are in-network in your specific plan.
Here is a courtesy online tool to help check your benefits, however, this cannot be guaranteed to be correct. The most accurate method of verifying insurance benefits is to call your insurance directly.
Out-Of-Network
For all other insurance companies and any Medical Assistance plan, ask your insurance what your out-of-network benefits are. Oftentimes, insurance will reimburse you a percentage of what you pay out of pocket. I will provide you a "superbill" of your payments that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Opt Out of Insurance
I'm affiliated with Open Path Collective and The Rosenzweig Mission, which offers reduced-fee or free sessions to uninsured individuals, those with very high insurance deductibles, active military/veteran/first responders, and healthcare workers. If these programs do not apply to you, I offer a limited sliding-fee scale based on household income and size.
Cash Pay Rates
$175 - Annual Diagnostic Assessment
$150 - 55-minute sessions
Sliding fee scale for reduced rates based on household income and size.
Per the No Surprises Act, a “Good Faith Estimate” will be available for individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or coverage or a Federal health care program (uninsured individuals), or individuals who are enrolled but not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage (self-pay individuals) to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed.
