About
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a fast, effective therapy for overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, and other emotional challenges without discussing event details or re-experiencing trauma. It uses eye movements and guided visualization to help the brain “rewrite” distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact and symptoms like intrusive thoughts and flashbacks. ART is ideal for those seeking relief without sharing painful details, offering rapid results in 1 to 6 sessions. It provides gentle yet powerful emotional healing, keeping you in control throughout the process.
