About
The primary objectives of an immigration evaluation are to assess the individual's mental health and emotional well-being, document past trauma, and describe potential long-term psychological challenges related to their immigration status. These evaluations provide a detailed report on mental health needs and potential hardships if deported, offering a comprehensive understanding of their situation. They are crucial in supporting cases involving extreme hardship, trauma, high-medical needs family members, exploitation, abuse, or political asylum. By clarifying an individual's mental health, these evaluations play a vital role in immigration proceedings, ensuring appropriate relief and support.
